Our Process

Design

We allow our clients to design their required units from scratch, customising them to meet their needs perfectly. This means no generic enclosures or components and a perfect fit every time while maintaining the ability to have aesthetically pleasing and brandable units.

Prototype

We actively participate in the prototyping process to ensure products meet our client's needs. It includes optimizations for product characteristics such as aesthetics, strength, and print speed, all while being able to make changes with no additional tooling or manufacturing costs associated with standard industry methodologies such as injection moulding.

Manufacture

We strive to be a cost-effective solution for our clients by offering to produce smaller product batches billed per item. It eliminates the potential for dead stock due to changes in sales, product requirements or other unforeseen market variables. Furthermore, excellence is a requirement at Xion Tech. Thus, we are more than willing to replace any non-functional parts at no cost to you.
